If you do not follow these instructions the credit will not work and there is no recourse.

If you think you did it right and it did not work, you did not do it right. It always works when done the right way. (You would be surprised how many people are too lazy to read the instructions or too lazy to enter the credit code issued them and then later tell us they did it right but it did not work! Once the order is placed there is nothing we can do to patch it up for you, so please, read the instructions and get it right the first time!)
