The beads in this section "Vintage Green Beads" are for the most part just that, red beads. However, many of our beads have more than just one color. Some have two, some three and some with many more. Not only are there solid orange beads in this section but also orange beads with two colors, and sometimes three. On occasion, if a bead has more than three colors but is primarily orange (base color is orange) we will put it in this section as well. With that being said you will also find these beads in their counterpart color section as well. For example, if a bead has two colors, orange and blue, you will find this bead in both the orange and the blue color sections. It will be notied if any bead can be found in another section. If it has many colors you will most likely find those beads in our "Multi-color" section.

Long and skinny tube bead. What's nice about this bead is the orange looks like it is painted on and gives the bead the appearace that it has a striated texture, but it is really smooth.

Jet black flattened round bead from Japan, 1951. Measures 12mm, half an inch, good size, not too small and not too big. Wrapped in a ribbon of deep coral colored whatever that is, the stripe rises above the surface of the bead giving it dimension and character.

Most of our beads come from West Germany & Japan. We also have some from France, Italy and America. Most of these beads were also produced during the late 1940' and 1950's. Ocassionally, a bead will have varying sizes within a millimeter ex. 5-6mm, if in the lots of beads we have the sizes vary we will do our best to send the same size.
