A pair of beads from Japan, 1948, they look the same but are actually two different colors! Can you see it? ONE is green, the other is blue..they both have spots of grey upon their exteriors. Original color 10mm and 8mm MOTHER-OF-PEARL. What you usually see around is the white one, actually the NATURAL COLOR is this caramel color. These were cut in Japan in 1946, we have two sizes here, 8mm and 10mm both round. M-O-P is a semiprecious item and finding any semiprecious in 10mm is usually quite costly. As long as these last we will sell them for 12 pcs for $15.00, and the 8mm, not so easy to get either, we will sell 12 pcs for $10. Czech Cracked Glass beads from the late 40's. We found six of them. They are supposed to be 8mm round but the problem with these is that they vary from about 7-8 1/2 millimeters. So we are selling them TWO WAYs. First off we will sell them calibrated which means that they will all be 8mm within a quarter millimeter, which cannot be discerned by the naked eye. OR we will sell them uncalibrated which means that as they come out of the bin that is how you will get them. They could vary by as much as 1 1/2 millimeters either side of 8mm, however they come out that is how they will be shipped. The calibrated ones are $12 per dozen, the uncalibrated ones are 18 pcs for $12. So you decide, you want them calibrated you pay more, if it doesn't matter to you then you pay less and take your chances on the size(s) you get. Maybe you will get lucky and they all come out 8mm anyway, maybe they don't. We have six colors, same deal with all of them.
