There is something about Mediterranean that everyone loves. It is just about the best color to coordinate with denim, so if you wear your bracelets casually, this is the color for you. Mixed with Jet it is stunning, yet it works well with Sapphire or Clear Crystal too. The color itself is just pleasing to the eye, gentle on the soul and finds it's way into the hearts of all who behold it, yea verily. From Daniel Swarovski, of course, 1949. These are 10mm Bicones, the ones that are pointy on the ends, the color, the shape, it all works out just right. Ooh..Ooh..never mind. Sold in lots of 6 pcs for $12.50 Order number BD-VN-609F.

Imitation LAPIS beads, 8mm round. Made in Japan around 1949. Some even have specks of gold in them, just like the real thing. In fact, I do have the real thing, and when you put them together, you cannot tell the difference. Of course, price is different, these are 12 for $13.50..the real ones are about $19 each. Order # BD VN197HX

8mm round, 12/$13.50.

Another Japanese fake, these are imitation Adventurine also from 1949. They measure 9mm, quite well simulate the real thing as it is found in nature. Note the cloudy white areas blending into the green..that is exactly what high quality Adventurine looks like. Sold in lots of 6 for $8.50. Order # BD-VN197G

Spotted Japanese Millifiore type beads, I do not know if they classify as milli or not but they are from the same process. They measure 9X6mm, perfectly oval, and I have them in two colors. Spots of blue, brown, yellow, white, even some red here and there. Either color sold in lots of 12 for $8, OR buy them both together at the same time and pay only $14 for 24 (12 each) bead. This is a good deal for this kind of bead. Order# BD-VN224A for yellow, B for the tannish one.

Large and twisted, another gem from Austria, tan and white. Sold in lots of 2 for $6. Not a common bead but a nice bead, and lo-o-o-o-o-ng, measures 20mm in length and 10mm in width. Order# BD-VN229.

To match the Tortoise, these are propeller beads, the coloring is almost identical except for the striations. Sold in lots of 6 for $10. From Japan, 1949. Item # BDS-VN-1345A,

Facetted yellow and white Austrian beads, 1948. A really pretty item, in 7mm. Sold in lots of 6 for $6 Item # BDS-VN-1343B.
