Pink foil bead from Japan, 1954. It measures 12mm round. Sold in lots of 12 for $12 .



Clear oval with white and raspberry spots. From Japan in 1949, this bead measures approximately10x12mm ovals. Sold in lots of 12 pieces for $15.00.



Two tone brown, sort of like a Chula bead with a brown stripe down the middle. These are West German from 1949, easy to spot as oldies since everyone forgot how to make these and no one has made any since those days. They are 8mm and are sold in lots of 12 for $9. Order # BDVN1072.



These beads are shaped like tops. Translucent, the color is technically called Chromium Red because it was made with chromium, the same stuff used on auto bumpers before they made them out of plastic. Chromium is no longer used in bead production and has not been used since about the a year or two after these were made. They are from the old Western Germany, circa 1946 and they measure 7.5mm, fall into both the bicone and and pressed glass genre, not a common sight by any means. Buy in multiple lots, because as you know when we sell out they are gone forever. And these are very easy to work with, so do not let yourself down. A beauty from Western Germany, how do you think I know? Well....we have our little secrets, don't we? This one measures 7x12mm and they can be yours for only $7.50 per dozen. Why? Three beads of different fashion colors: olivine, chromium red, and deep blue, all made in West Germany in 1948. Uncommon, they measure about 13mm and fall into the cube shaped lump category. BDVN1064 for Olivine, BDVN1070 for Blue and BDVN145 for red. Sold in lots of 6 for $12, the red is the rarest and of which we henceforth have the least. And which is now sold out. Turquoise basics, yes!! From West Germany, 1949. We have them in two sizes, sorta 8mm and sorta 10mm, and pretty much round. The sorta 8mm is Sold in lots of 12 for $6 and the sorta 10mm is 12 for $7.50. Order item number BDVN1083 for the 10s and BDVN1076 for the 8s because if you don't, you will never see this item.
