Twisted green from Japan, 1948. The color of Imperial Jade, they measure 15mm X 9mm, decent size. Sold in lots of 6 for $18.00. BD-VN-1126A.

Perfect match in color to the above bead, from the same factory and date. Measures 8mm. Sold in lots of 6 for $10. BD-VN-1126B.

A Japanese peeking bead, forerunner to the window beads later produced. These foil beads are quite rare as they gave way in later years to full window beads which, if
you look throughout this catalog, you will find in many variations. Window beads are easier to find than this antique "peek-a-boo" bead, you will be hard pressed to
find these as not many have survived. These are 9mm more or less, handmade, opaque BLACK color with red and yellow foils peeking out. Unusual to find two colors of
foil in a single bead. Sold in lots of 2 for $16 per lot. BD-VN-1285D.

Swirls of yellow give these transluscent beads a yellow tinge, from Japan 1946. Sold in lots of 9 pcs for $9. It is item # BD-VN-844B

Lumpy 12X9mm ovals from Japan late forties. Coffe Creme with a chocolate swirl, real purty bead, yessir! ITEM # BD-VN843, Sold in lots of 6 beads for $12.

Classic wuffin beads from Japan, 1950. In that classic wuffin shape these beads measure about 10x12mm, the frontal wuffin is at the front, whilst the rear wuffin is
in the rear. As all wuffin beads are, these were originally made of milk glass which was then wufferized into the composite that we see here. A pale subtle blue. Wuffin
beads have been known to get up and wuff unexpectedly, so bear that in mind when using them. Sold in lots of 12 for $15. Order Item #BD-VN1803.

Extremely rare lavender-pink bead from 1947. Measure 12mm somewhat lumpy round. The pink surrounds a strip of foil adds dimension to
this very pretty bead. This page is the lump page, if you haven't guessed that already. Order Item #BD-VN841. Lot of 2 for $12

Bright green and white, right in fashion now. Great offset beads from West Germany, or run together for that extreme flexibility. They look like a bunch of little
beads glued together, which people will compliment your genius to think of. But they are not, they are one flower shaped bead, measuring about 8mm across.
Item # BD835B in lots of 12 for $8.50.

Emerald green 8mm facetted rounds, Czech in origin, priced at $14 per lot of 18. Nuff said. Transluscent too.

Bright yellow 6mm West German, sold in lots of 36 for $18. Color is extremely bright...bring sunglasses. Made in the late 40's. Item # BDS-VN-836.

Recently our city council, in responding to the complaint of assaults on women in parking lots, opened a
"WOMEN ONLY" Parking area. Only women are allowed to park there and even the attendants are all women. Men are warned not to try to enter this parking lot. As a service to the public we are providing a photo of this innovative and thought provoking facility.
